We run AI visibility scans and audits that show how AI answer engines describe your brand, and we give you a plan to improve it. The free scan is automated. The paid audit is a report, reviewed by a person.
Audits are paid in full before work begins. Prices are shown on the site and can change, but the price you paid is the price for your order.
If the audit is not useful to you, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Email hello@itaju.ai within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds.
We deliver the audit with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, the service is provided as is, without any other warranty, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We measure and explain how AI engines describe you and recommend what to fix. We cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, mentions, or revenue, because those depend on the engines and on factors outside our control.
Use the service for a brand you own or are authorized to represent, and give us accurate information. Do not misuse, copy, resell, or try to disrupt the service.
The audit, our methods, and everything on this site belong to us. When you buy an audit you may use the report for your own business, but you may not resell or republish it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
We may update these terms. The current version always applies, and continued use means you accept it.
